  • OUR LOCATION
    The Deli Inflight is nestled in the Hertfordshire countryside, convieniently situated between London Luton and London Stansted Airport.
  • OPERATING HOURS
    The Deli Inflight team operate 24/7 from our Hertfordshire kitchen. Our customer service team are available between 0600 - 2100 UK by email and phone. Outside of these times we will do our best to respond as soon as we possibly can.
  • FOOD HYGIENE RATING
    Food hygiene is paramount an we are proud to have achieved the 5 star Food Hygiene Rating from the Food Standards Agency.
  • DELIVERY
    We deliver to most UK mainland airports! For a full list of delivery locations and charges click here.
  • PAYMENT
    Payment must be received prior to delivery unless otherwise agreed. We accept all major credit/debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, Diners, CUP, JCB and Maestro. We are always happy to charge catering to the aircraft handling bill but please ensure you instruct the FBO/Handler if you wish to do so. We are unfortunately unable to charge without your prior permission.
  • CANCELLATIONS & AMENDMENTS
    We know how often flying schedules change! Charges are payable for the cancellation or amendment of any order which has been confirmed where food, material or labour costs have already been incurred. We will do our best to ensure that these charges are kept to a minimum. Cancellation and amendment requests must be made by email to: orders@thedeliinflight.com
