ALLERGENS & DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

The Deli Inflight team follow strict food hygiene and food safety guidelines and we will do our best to accommodate specific dietary requirements.

Our products are made in a kitchen which handles a variety of allergens and therefore we cannot accommodate specific/severe allergies due to a high risk of contamination.

All of our products may contain;

Celery, cereals containing gluten (such as barley and oats), crustaceans (such as prawns, crabs and lobsters), eggs, fish, lupin, milk, molluscs (such as mussels and oysters), mustard, peanuts, sesame, soybeans, sulphur dioxide and sulphites (at a concentration of more than ten parts per million) and tree nuts (such as almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, brazil nuts, cashews, pecans, pistachios and macadamia nuts).

Our celebration cakes are made in an environment where gluten, milk, egg, nuts, peanuts, soya and other allergens are present. We cannot guarantee that any cake is entirely allergen free although we make every effort to ensure that allergies are accommodated. Stacked cakes contain dowels in each tier and a thin cake board between each tier to provide support and these should be removed prior to consumption.

The Deli Inflight Ltd take no responsibility should an adverse reaction to any of the above-mentioned allergens occur.
